Carla Gamble’s highly anticipated EP, “She Is” brings together acoustic sounds of Jazz, Soul-Rock, House, R&B, Spoken Word and Funk music. With producers Eric Wortham II, Mario Crew (RioDrumz/Eklektic Magick City), Zaki Toure (Denmark), Pope Grail (Pope Grail Music) and Norman Green (N Dot The Brand/The Funkitorium), this EP is set to become an instant classic.

Known locally in Philadelphia, PA as “The Vibe Specialist”, Carla has graced many stages across the country, and has already started to receive international airplay and recognition.

Carla’s EP is inspired by James Brown, Lady Alma, Sharon Jones, Jill Scott, and many other well known Philadelphia artists.

Carla’s band (The Soullective) includes musicians, Malachi Watson (Guitar), David Luster (KYG/Bass), Douglas Yancy (Drums), James Middleton (Keys), and Michael Clark (Trumpet); background vocalists Valerie McNear, James DeWalt, and Rodney Jordan.
