Hanukkah Funk Presented By JamJews, Featuring Swimmer

JamJews was created out of the idea that no Jew is the same - identities are not identical. They provide a pluralist approach to Judaism, focusing on drawing together a Jewish community through music. They meet at concerts and musicals and facilitate simchas (joyous life events). 

This Hanukkah season, in collaboration with The Double E, JamJews will present Hanukkah Funk: an unforgettable night of the funkiest Hanukkah music you'll hear this season. Featured musical guest is local, experimental, rock-fusion quintet Swimmer. Additionally, this jam-packed evening will begin with Hanukkah blessings from JamJews founder and executive director, Tzipporah Horowitz.

The T-Rex Lounge

The T-Rex Lounge is located right in front of The T-Rex Theater and is the space where you grab your drinks and relax during a big event in The T-Rex Theater! 

• Unless otherwise listed, our shows are all ages

• Our lounge features plenty of space to dance, in addition to 30 theater seats! 

• If you're joining us for a concerts you can expect visualizers, flashing lights, and fast movement 

• Tickets are nonrefundable unless the show is completely canceled

Located on the campus that used to be known as The Essex Outlets and Cinema, The Essex Experience is an effort to reclaim retail spaces and turn them into cultural centers. You can spend a whole day here with Black Flannel Brewery, Black Flannel Distillery, Peace of Mind Pilates, Magic Man Cannabis Cafe, Sukho Thai, Purple Sage, Salt & bubbles, Uncommon Coffee, Arthound Gallery, The Mad Taco, The T-Rex Theater, Essex Cinemas, and so much more.
