Robert Jon & The Wreck
Robert Jon & The Wreck are a double shot of southern rock with a blues chaser. Roots rock jams, whiskey drenched lyrics and fervent stage shows only scratch the surface of what makes RJ&TW one of the best live bands to emerge from Southern California in years. With a growing discography and billings alongside the likes of Joe Bonamassa, Sturgill Simpson, and Peter Frampton, the quintet is poised for their greatest work yet. Based in Orange County, CA with a vibe straight out of the south, Robert Jon & The Wreck are blazing a path into 2021 with a new album and international tour.
Angela Petrilli & The Players
LA guitar sensation Angela Petrilli is an in-demand recording artist, session guitarist, instructor, and contributor to digital media. She picked up guitar at age 9, and immersed herself in many styles of music. In 2013, she founded the band Roses & Cigarettes with singer Jenny Pagliaro. The band released three albums and opened for artists including Billy Bob Thornton, Luther Dickinson, Marc Broussard, Amanda Shires, and Elizabeth Cook. Angela can be seen online playing her favorite guitar riffs on her popular Instagram channel, demoing guitars on her show "Petrilli Picks" at Norman’s Rare Guitars, and hosting her weekly livestream, "Riff Rundown," presented by Fishman. She’s also an instructor alongside Jennifer Batten for The Guitar Cloud Symposium. Her latest project, Angela Petrilli & The Players, recently made its debut at Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood, CA.
Somewhere between punk and blues – a porch and an alley – lies Radiator King, the performing/recording name of Boston native and Brooklyn based, Adam Silvestri. Established in 2011, Radiator King’s music shows influences from both Dylan and Strummer with a sound described by Boston blog Allston Pudding as something akin to what “Tom Waits locked in a room for a month with nothing but a copy of Springsteen’s Nebraska” might produce. Whether alone with a guitar or backed by a band, Radiator King embodies the raw energy of punk, the grit and intricacy of delta blues, and the lyrical potency of folk in “songs that are the sonic equivalent to an old whiskey bar at the end of a dirt road.”
