Event Details

This year the Downtown Film Festival L.A. will close out the festival with a complimentary screening of Roman Polanski's Chinatown at the historic Union Station downtown. The neo-noir film stars not only Jack Nicholson in his breakthrough performance, but also Chinatown itself, nestled just minutes away from where the screening will be held in downtown L.A.

The short documentary, The Last Days of Cinerama, will be screened immediately prior to Chinatown.

Please note that an RSVP is not a guarantee of seating. The screening is free and therefore, the festival overbooks to make sure we have a full house. Show your Metro TAP card at check-in for access to preferential seating, while supplies last. Seating is first come, first served, upon arrival.
