Tickets are non-refundable and booking fees and taxes apply. Tickets are valid for one-day entry and all sales are final. Please purchase carefully and check your ticket accordingly.
Animals besides service dogs with valid identification are not permitted on-site. Team VOLTA are animal lovers, but we must comply with venue rules.
Attendance at VOLTA Basel implies permission for your image to be used for commercial and noncommercial purposes.
Large bags are not permitted at the fair. Please do not bring suitcases or items larger than a handbag or laptop bag. Coats and umbrellas may be checked free of charge.
