The extraordinary clarinetist Ismail Lumanovski is a musical force of passion and dynamic virtuosity. Already of international distinction, Lumanovki has launched a major career as a soloist, chamber musician in both classical and cross-over repertoire. Miles Jay (his son) - founder of Axon Orkestra who joined beats Antique as one of the core 3 members since a couple of years, throughout the course of his career he's played with with Ibrahim Malouf - Giovanni Hidalgo - and has been the associate music director for Youssou N'dour "Egyp"t album U.S. tour, to name a few, and has played in venues ranging from Red Rocks to Carnegie Hall.

DJ Željko:
Not only was Kafana Balkan the first ongoing Balkan dance party in San Francisco, it's also the Bay Area's biggest Balkan music party masterminded by DJ Željko Petković. Željko hails from the Balkans, Serbia by way of Frankfurt and now resides in San Francisco. We here in San Francisco have the great benefit of enjoying his discriminating taste and seemingly endless collection of Balkan music.
